License codes & trials
CPE Auto Test Tool is activated with a license code; each code can be activated once and is bound to one computer. You can buy a permanent license right inside the software (see Pricing & licensing); for trials, bulk or business licenses and refund requests, use the contact details below.
Already using the software?
- Problems or ideas: submit them from About → Feedback inside the app (from v1.0.6), optionally attaching an encrypted diagnostic log.
- Device won't connect or isn't recognised: use New-device collection and send the exported log to the developer.
- A license invalidated by a new PC or reinstall: ask your license provider to unbind it.
